I bought Parallels Desktop 6 for Mac on 05.10.2011 at Amazon.de (Germany). After I received my Parallels 6 Box with the Registration Key, I sent the filled form with a Scan of the purchase Invoice for the free Upgrade on the EMEA Site (http://www.parallels.com/keyfor7/request/emea/) on 06.10.2011, since this day I didn't her anything, no confirmation Mail, nothing.
Today I sent the filled form several Times again, but still no response or confirmation Mail.
I' am not sure if you receive my upgrade request. Could someone please check my Upgrade request and send me the Upgrade Key for Version 7? this would be great.

I purchased Parallels Desktop 6 (2 licenses) on 7/20/2011, because I was planning to upgrade to Lion and I only had Parallels 4. However, I held off on updating, and I never got around to downloading/activating Parallels 6.

I purchased the 6-month upgrade protection with my purchase.

Order # was 8492623126

I've just today installed my 2 copies of Desktop 6 and activated both of them.

I found on the website where it says that I should have automatically received an email with my upgrade activation code for Parallels Desktop 7 because I had purchased upgrade protection. However, I never received the email with my upgrade activation.

I went ahead and used the web form today to submit a request to get my free upgrade key for Parallels Desktop 7. I thought I'd go ahead and post in this forum in case that will help speed along my request.
