Hello,

I upgraded to Parallels 6 on two systems in August:

Invoice 17080519824 on 28.08.2011
Invoice 16982342724 on 08.08.2011

I received an upgrade key for the first one (1708...) weeks ago, but nothing for the second one. Unfortunately the support site just tells me to be patient, but I feel the second on has been forgotten.

Can anyone tell me how to get the key: the support site isn't so helpful.

I requested my key about a month ago and I still have not received it. I even resubmitted all of my info again about 10 days just to be sure...still nothing. Can you check on my upgrade key. Thanks!
 
Hallo,

I sent twice the filled form to get an upgrade key for Parallels 7. I bought Parallels 6 Switch2Mac at 15.08.2011. First I sent the filled form to the wrong country site. I lived in germany and want to get a german version. I sent the filled form the second time to the german site and didn't hear anything. No email at all.

I purchased a copy on 18 October through the Apple store, in Australia. I've registered the license in my account and I was wandering if a license for 7 will be sent automatically or if you could do it manually. Thank you! :)

Dear JesseCl,

Only those customers who purchased Parallels Desktop 6 for Mac starting from August 1, 2011, are eligible for free upgrade to Parallels Desktop 7.

If you provided the correct date of purchase (18 October), you could not purchase it in the year 2011. This means you purchased your copy before August 1, 2011 and are not eligible for free upgrade.

Hah, I noticed that error of mine. The correct date copied from the email "Ordered on 16/08/2011". I can forward the email containing the details if that'd help!
