Have a fixed IP in Ubuntu VM only on certain network(s)

When connected with my Mac to a specific network, I want my Ubuntu VM to have a fixed/static IP. And when I'm connected to any other networks, DHCP is fine. Can I achieve this using Parallels Network settings and avoid manually changing IP settings in the Ubuntu VM?
