GTA V Crash at start up

Hello, I'm running Parallels 10 on a 27-inch late 2013 iMac. It seems that my virtual system meets all of the minimum requirements, but i still can't seem to run GTA V through steam on a virtual machine running Windows 8.1 or 10. I have 12 of 32 GB Ram allocated to the system, and am attempting to allocate a GB of VRAM using the Video menu although I'm not sure if either RAM options are being acknowledged. I've put a lot of hours into it and am totally frustrated. Any help or solid statements on whether or not this is a lost cause would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!!!

Hi please try the steps below:

1. Shut down Windows virtual machine
2. Open the Virtual machine configurations using this KB
3. In the Virtual machine configuration please go to the "Hardware" tab -> Boot Order -> and paste in Boot Flags box:

video.const_buffer_mode = 2

4. Start the Virtual machine and check the issue.
