I have "share dropbox, iCloud and google drive enabled", but the Google Drive Folder isn't visible under Network Location. However, Dropbox and iCloud are.

I have also set the Sharing Settings so that no folders are shared between the Mac and Parallels. Didn't think this was going to be an issue as I was expecting to share the files via google drive, dropbox and icloud.

Hello Nelly Nel,

Please follow the steps provided below:

1) (Re)install Parallels Tools as suggested at: http://kb.parallels.com/4841

2) Ensure that shared profile is enabled: VM config (http://kb.parallels.com/117287) > Options > Sharing > Turn ON Shared profile.

Make sure to have Google Drive installed on your Mac, so that you can find it under the Network location on your Windows VM.

Please drag the Google Drive from the Network Location to favorites and then you should be able to access it.

To access the Network Location, Go to Computer in your Virtual Machine.

You may also try rebooting your Mac and restarting your Virtual Machine.

I'm in 2025, using Parallels Version 20.4.0 (55980) with macOS 15.5 and Windows 11 and I still see this problem and the solution shown here does nothing.
