I'm seeing a lot of flicking and graphical issues in my guest Mac machines, whether they're on High Sierra or Catalina and even on fresh installs. Is anyone else seeing this?
Parallels support had me reboot the host into safe mode, which still exhibited glitches, and then directed me to Apple support. Apple said "yup, we expect safe mode to be glitchy, always has been. You could try leaving feedback?"
I didn't notice this until I updated from 10.15.1 to 10.15.2. Be warned.
Screenshot attached showing the easiest glitch to reproduce: tabs in Safari. But I also see it in Finder (tabs), Slack (large portions of UI missing), Dropbox (invisible UI elements, scrolling). It's all over and makes it basically unusable.
