glitches with Windows 10 guest - black screen, garbled screen

When switching to full screen Windows 10 guest while Windows may have gone asleep, I'm getting a black screen which resurrects suddenly by getting half white with a noisy pattern nd then issues the Windows pause screen. Clicking on the arrow, Windos continues normally. It's just the black scsreen and garbled screen which I didn't see in earlier versions.

@ christophK2 Hi, it seems like frozen, please tried the instructions on this KB article https://kb.parallels.com/123094 in order to frozen restart the virtual machine. To avoid such issues in the future, we recommend disabling Windows fast startup feature by referring this link https://help.uaudio.com/hc/en-us/articles/213195423-How-To-Disable-Fast-Startup-in-Windows-10
