Hello, I signed up for parallels while in college using my college email address. I thought I had canceled my parallels subscription but received a charge today on my credit card.
I tried to sign in but the issue is that the email I used for the parallels account was an old college email I cannot access. What can I do? There is no email or phone number I can contact. Thanks.
