General keyboard issue, keys for <>| and ^° are interchanged in all guest os

This is on the most recent Parallels Desktop 17 on a Mac mini M1.

In all VMs regardlos of guest OS installed, the two keys on my keyboard (Logitech MX Keys configured as 105-keys-ISO-keyboard - which it is - with layout German-Standard, i.e. windows-kompatible Layout on the macOS Host) for <>| (which is the key next to the left shift key on my keyboard) and ^° (the key left to the 1 key) are interchanged and give the other key in the guest os. How can I fix that?
 
It's the same behavior on my machine (Mac mini M1). Both keys are mixed, just like it is on a Mac keyboard.
It would be nice if somebody could tell how to fix this.
