Funky Sounds when using Usb Microphone (Jabra Evolve 75)

I get distorted sound when I use my USB Headset (Jabra Evolve 75), I am connecting this over USB. There is some lag (latency) when this is used through the VM. Are there any tweaks I can make ?

Mac VM has 8Gb Ram
Running on SSD
Hardware Acceleration is disabled (Teams, Slack)
 
Same here. I tried to deactivate Microphone & Speaker.
I use the mac UCC Client from Starface. After some time (1 Minute) with focus on Windows VM there are robot sounds. If I change the screen from VM to Mac, it works again.
