Function Keys in Windows

Hi guys,
I know this has been posted before but i cant get it working:

My issue: I'm wanting the function keys in windows to work as normal (without pressing the fn key) but when I'm back on the Mac side, i want to be able to press play, pause, volume etc again without the fn key. So basically i want it to adapt to which ever window is open at the time.is this possible?

I have tried the suggestion however I'm still left with having to press the Fn key on the Mac side. Am i right in thinkin that if these settings were to work, that i dont have to press the fn key at all for both windows and mac?
