my first installation process of windows 10 is taking more than 2hours....and still not yet installed

Still showing parallels wizard screen with an install windows box...

Please let us know you tried to install Windows virtual machine through ISO/DVD/USB?
Share a screenshot of the screen to understand better and investigate further.
