Fedora install - list of customizations

I deployed a Fedora VM using the built in download and install functionality, It works great, but I am not very comfortable using it because its been customized by Parallels and I don't know how. What's different from what I would have deployed using a Fedora provided .iso? This could be important to know if I am troubleshooting an issue some day, and it might be useful to know what was done if I want to replicate those changes in an OS I installed via .iso.

Is there somewhere I can get a detailed list of all of the changes that are made to the parallels install of the various OSes?
