Feature update to Windows 10, version 1703 Won't Download

For some time now my Windows 10 virtual machine has been trying to update the the Creator's edition yet the download freezes at anywhere between 10 and 20 percent. I've run the Window update troubleshooter multiple times and fixed all errors that it found but nothing seems to resolve the problem. Does anyone have any remedy or suggested settings that will allow the download to complete?

BruceW2, if you have Parallels 10 or lower, Parallels doesn't support the Creator's update (as noted in a different area of the forum). I had to upgrade (went to Parallels 13) to get it to work. You may have to do the same.
