failed Windows 11 24H2 update or fresh install

Bit poster
I am running Parallels Desktop ver 17.1.7 on Intel i9 MAC book pro. everytime i try to update my Win 11 to 24h2 it fails, using two separate VMs, or even with a new install.
any advice?
