F1 & F2 Keys do not work when starting bootcamp from the startup

By startup I mean when you hold alt pressed when you turn on your computer to pick the HD, the keys are only detected if I hold another key in the keyboard.

I already tried by:

1. Disabling all the sticky keys features of windows
2. Enabling the default use of F Keys in Mac

They worked before I allowed for my Bootcamp partition to be used with Parallels
