Express VPN on Windows 11 and M1 MacBookPro

Hi there,
I am unable to install ExpressVPN on Windows 11 on a M1 MacbookPro on Parallels Desktop 18.2.0. I contacted support at ExpressVPN and they mentioned it is not supported.

Has anyone been able to get ExpressVPN or any other VPN product working for that matter on this OS configuration?
