Error when deleting files in Windows 10 (Parallels Desktop 17.0.1)

I recently updated to Parallels Desktop 17.0.1. I currently run Windows 10.

I tried to delete a file in external disk drive (NTFS format) and a pop-up showed up saying:
Folder Access Denied
You need permission to perform this action.
You require permission from S-1-1-0 to make changes to this folder.

I was logged in as Administrator. I also enabled permission for Parallels Desktop to access plug-in drives by doing this:
[Preferences]-[ Security & Privacy > Privacy > Parallels Desktop.app > Files and Folders > Removable Volumes]

I am sure I am missing something. Please help! Thank you!

Hello, did you try to remove files from the Mac or VM side?
