Error resolution Display in MAC after install Client RAS v.19.0


when connected from mac via ras client v.19 the resolution is very high and the remote screen shows thumbnail icons, text and applications.
It happened from the last update v19

Are you launching a new session or reconnecting to an existing disconnected session? If it's the latter, logging off and back in could help solve the issue

It was done in both ways: with the existing session and with a new one, both with the same resolution error.
