Error Code: 0x0000001 after updating Parallels & installing a Windows 11 Pro update

My Windows 11 Pro VM boots, reboots a few times then I get a 0x0000001 error. Nothing I press seems to work (Safe Mode etc).

The exact message is:

Recovery
Your PC couldn't start properly
After multiple tries, the operating system on your PC failed to start, so it needs to be repaired.
Error code: 0x0000001
You'll need to use recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media (like a disc or USB device), contact your PC administrator or PC/Device manufacturer.
Press the Windows key for UEFI Firmware Settings​

Anyone else getting this error?

Yes, by moving to VMWare Fusion... my license for Parallels runs out in August and VMWare is free for personal use...
Not the ideal solution but I needed a resolution and an evening of installing VMWare and reinstalling W11 in Fusion, syncing and I'm back up and running.
