Error 0xc0000017 on trying to install MetaTrader 4

On Apple Silicon and Parallels 11, when trying to launch the MetaTrader 4 installer I get error 0xc0000017. I have tried to look for a solution and to run in compatibility mode, but no luck.

I am also getting the same response when trying to install MetaTrader 5

Let me clarify since Metatrader previously worked on Windows 11 build 22000 and after updating Windows as well as Metatrader, Application stopped working, we recommend you to contact Metatrader technical support.

I do not know if it worked previously because I bought Parallels only to run Metatrader. If it used to work, could you then give me a setup (OS + Metatrader versions) that is known to work?

As I mentioned in my previous post you need to contact MetaTrader technical support
