Eligible for Upgrade after 2 year subscription?

I had a Parallels standard subscription 2 years in a row. It ended in January 2023. I have Parallels still installed on my machine. Through the application menu I can access an Upgrade offer but I am not sure if I am eligible. I want to either buy a One-time Standard License or get another year of standard subscription. Not decided yet. Do I need to buy a fill license or can I go with the Upgrade pricing?

Since you already had Parallels Desktop license previously, you may purchase an Upgrade key at a discounted price in order to continue using Parallels Desktop.
You may select between either a Permanent (Standard) Upgrade license or a Pro Upgrade subscription license.
