I am getting an error whilst trying to download the Acturis software on the remote desktop. The software is Windows OS supported only and does not run on Mac. The software installer is downloaded but then stalls and produces the below error message. the software needs to run a configuration script via LAN as per the image below.
If anyone can help it would be appreciated.
