After downloading Parallels my laptop shut down, it now has a folder with the question mark on it and says it doesn't recognize the OS anymore
I have tried all the recovery options and was told it would be $1300 to restore any data and I've got about $40 to my name, after downloading this for work, so that's not possible...
When I downloaded Parallels, my computer stopped working
I want it to be working, usable, or the $1300 it would be to restore my information
So that I do not have to pay for a new laptop
