To proceed with investigation, kindly collect a technical report as per this article: https://kb.parallels.com/en/124107
While report is gathering, you can paste the link in the issue description so we could test it locally.
Then copy 9-digit ID of the report and provide it in a reply message.

As we can see from the technical report, you are using previous version of Parallels Toolbox.
Kindly update it o the latest one and check. Issue should be addressed.
Check screenshot in attachment how to update.
If the issue still persists, collect a new technical report as per this article: https://kb.parallels.com/en/124107

I'm being told that I do have the latest update. Tested and not working for me.

Hi @PaulC59 , Upon inspection of your logs, it seems that the video you are trying to download is not available. Even YouTube showed restrictions for viewing. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this particular video as YouTube restricts us. Thank you for sending us report, so we could understand the issue properly.
 
So, there is a way for YouTube to restrict the download of videos? I know it's available because I can watch it. But, I thought all videos were downloadable through Parallels....

If the video is restricted even on Youtube's side, we cannot access it either.
As mentioned before, there is nothing we can do about this video as YouTube restricts us. Thank you for sending us a report, so we could understand the issue properly.
 
It seems there may be an issue with the "Download Video" app, particularly in detecting YouTube videos and playlists. This could be due to changes in YouTube's platform or a compatibility issue with the app itself. Since you're running Windows 11 build 22621.1265, consider checking for updates for both the app and your operating system. I am having the same issue. I get the can't merge video and audio error message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and I have send technical data: # 509012069
