We have just installed PMM and I can't get either of these to work. The error message in the logs says clearly (Download Failed). I can easily reach the content from the devices where its failing. Both required and available deployments fail. The software folder that holds the content has no permission restrictions. Any ideas on what to check?
Figured it out...was the HTTP Anonymous box not checked on the DP.
