Don't Show Mac Files on Windows Search or Windows Files on Spotlight Search

I want my Windows and MacOS files and applications to be totally separate worlds so as the title says I don't want Windows search to return MacOS files, documents or applications, and the same in reverse - I don't want Spotlight to return Windows documents and applications. If I want to move files between them I prefer to do it manually.

Can I configure Parallels this way?
