display win applications in parallels desktop 9 on fullscreen in retina 13" MBP

Is win applications (win 7,8) (classic, not tiles) displayed correct (buttons, menu items) in PD 9 on fullscreen on 13" retina MBP or there is unsolved issues with it (crossed, unreadable etc..) ? I have only 1440*900 MBP so I cannot try it Martin Levy

Maybe you do not understand me, I cannot try it, my MBP is Late 2007 and only 1440*900 resolution. My question is when I will buy new retina MBP if the icons, menus, windows, texts (by scaling ..)... are OK like in native mac os x applications when I will have installed win7,8 inside parallels desktop on mavericks and will work in fullscreen mode on Parallels desktop 9 or these native classic (not metro) win applications (their icons, menus, windows, texts ..) will be blurred, mismatched, not fitted to OK as opposite to correct viewing on PC (non mac) machines with full hd 1900*1080 resolution (scaling 100%) on non virtualized windows 7,8 ?
