Disable upload download buttons in HTML5

I would like to get rid of the upload / download / clipboard buttons in the html5 window.
Due to security reasons.
Is this possible?
I've looked at http://kb.parallels.com/en/123590, but this gives no solution.

Hi, capability to disable FT is available starting with v16.1
Look under Gateway properties HTML5 tab. It's also possible to disable FT on individual RDHS servers.

You must be running a version prior to 16.1.
