Disable mac username account

Hi,
When I start Windows11, the mac username account is displaying to sign in.
My computer is register under AD so I don't want to use local accounts but only AD accounts.

How can I do to disable auto mac username account ?
 
I think it is not a Microsoft OS problem.
But Parallels Desktop display sign on with the current mac user.

For example, if I logging to my mac with SAF username account,
Parallels Desktop display sign on with ".\saf".
And there a no local account ".\saf" under Windows...
 
I have exactly the same issue - I am using a windows account ie. email but every time I start windows guest it tries to login with Mac username which does not exist. I just want the guest to start at the login screen
 
This is not auto login there is no account called X on the guest - there is an account called Y. Whenever I start the VM it's trying to login as X and prompting me for a password
