Disable blinking lights (Network, HD Access, Memory) feedback

Have Parallels Desktop 11 installed on a Mac (min) running Windows 7 in coherence mode. Everything is working great. But the blinking feedback lights are killing me in the upper right (see image). Any ideas on hiding or disabling this feedback?

That's not coherence mode if you see those. That's regular windowed mode. If you go into coherence or full screen, you won't see these.
