Hello,
I'm a new Parallels desktop user and this is my very first time here.
I don't know if this issue has already been treated but I wonder if other people are also concerned about it.
This is the message I received from Dialux when I asked them if their software was compatible with Parallels on Mac M1:
"We can't really do anything regarding this problem. The problem is not our DIALux evo software. Parallels needs to improve its CPU support for the M1 (Mac). DIALux evo runs normally under Windows. It did by the way in the past under Parallels with x64 CPU's.
DIALux does not access the x64 processor architecture differently than usual. The mapping from x64 to M1 in Parallels is up to the vendor. I guess you'll have to wait for an update".
I asked the Parallels staff via chat, but I didn't have any answer or explanation.
Does anybody know anything about it?
Thank you.
