Hello
My previous MacBook Pro 17" has crashed and now is DOWN.
I have bought a new one and it is impossible to activate the license of my permanent license of Parallels Desktop 12.
Nota bene: I have also a previous subscription that has expired.
Could you help me to reset the number of activation?

We have reset the key. Try to activate again and check.
