Deleted email and lost access to account

My email was discontinued by vendor ([email protected]). Cannot log in, Parallels keeps sending verifications to the discontinued email. Current subscription about to expire, cannot renew it. Have Pro, interesting in renewing and upgrading to Business subscription

Please note that your Pro subscription is already assigned to your Parallels Account linked to your gmail address.

If you've deleted the email linked to your account and can no longer access it, the best option is to contact the platform's support team directly. Explain that your registered email was deleted and provide any details that can help verify your identity (like username, phone number, or previous login info).

If possible, update your account with a new active email once you regain access. Avoid creating a new account right away, as the support team might still be able to recover your old one.

Also, check if the email provider allows you to recover the deleted email account -- many services like Gmail or Outlook let you restore it within a limited time.
