Debian Buster is not Working with UEFI-64

I installed Debian Buster Parallels Version 16.1.2 (49151) with UEFI-64. However, it stopped working after I installed Parallels Tools.
Everything was working with previous versions of P16.
When I install Debian Buster with Legacy Bios then I can
install Parallels Tools.
