DaVinci Resolve 21 Failing. Can't start OPenGL

I can't get DaVinci Resolve to start on Windows 11 Pro. It started by missing OpenGL, so I installed the compatibility pack from Microsoft, and now it says that the graphics drivers need updating? And then quits

I have the exactly same problem: can't get DaVinci Resolve to start on Windows 11 Pro, it says that OpenGL is missing. How can we fix this?
