Date/time frozen at every boot. How to change it?

Good afternoon.

I tried to disable the synchronization of the date and time for the guest machine.
With each launch, now i always have the same date and time (for example 12/12/2015) and i can not change it from the virtual machine.

If I change it from a virtual machine, after rebooting it comes back on 12/12/2015.

Question: how do i change this date and time? so that the virtual machine is loaded with a different date?
I reinstall the parallels tools but nothing helps.

Hi Ruslan, can you please send us a technical data report right after the guest machine is booted? Go to Help menu > Send Technical Data... > send the report and please post the report ID here.
