Critical Error Pop-Up *after* Shutdown

My Windows 10 goes thru normal shutdown, then as soon as the shutdown is completed, the critical error white box pops up. I click "send report".

This condition only started after Parallels 20 update from Parallels 19.

It does not appear to adversely impact operations in W10, and appears only at conclusion of shutdown.

In Windows 10 Config page on the Parallels Desktop on the Mac, I have selected "Hypervisor-Apple" and Adapter Hypervisor is checked. I tried that solution in the early days of this error, but no change.

For us to further investigate this issue kindly provide us with the following information:
1. Screenshot of error message.
2. While the affected virtual machine is running, kindly collect a technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and provide us with the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.
