CPU Allocation on Apple Silicon

I have left my Windows 11 instance to handle its own CPU allocations. My question is whether those CPUs are Efficiency cores, Performance cores, or a mix of the two? Obviously if they're only Performance cores, then it will take a hit on your battery life and if they're only Efficiency cores you're losing out on performance inside Windows 11. Is there any way to tell, or manually allocate, which of these cores are being used?

The CPU assigned to Parallels seem to be Performance cores. iStat Menus lets me see which CPU are working hard, etc. (but not what each CPU are running).

If I fire up a game or some activity in Windows 11 that uses a fair amount of CPU cycles iStat Menu shows the relevant number of CPU that I dedicated to Parallels as working harder.

I wonder if Efficiency cores are only used by low priority Mac system chores.
