Convert to Template

Hi all, I recently upgraded to Parallels 26 Pro on a brand new Apple Silicon Mac from older versions of Parallels Pro on Intel.

I'm not seeing any way to create or manage templates from the GUI. Command line method of creating templates still works, just no GUI.

Is this normal behavior with the newer versions on Apple Silicon? The user guide suggests it should still be there.

I tried deleting Parallels preferences and reactivating, with no change.
 
One more thing to add, creating a virtual machine from the template via the GUI does not work, but it does work with CLI. When I double-click and tell it to create a virtual machine from the template, nothing happens.
