Coherence seems to impact performance

I have a MacBook Pro, 13'', 2020, with 2.3 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7, 32 GB.
I have now installed Parallels, Windows 10, and MS Office.
I noticed that all Office applications are extremely slow, typing, opening menus etc. alway has very slow response times. I have searched forums and tried all kind of changes of settings, and then by coincidence I switched off Coherence. And voilà! Now all office applications have "normal" performance, e.g. characters appear immediately on screen when I type them, just like in the Mac applications.
Is that normal behavior, or have I missed the one "magic" setting change?

Thank you for the hint. I executed these instructions, but unfortunately still see quite a difference between with or without Coherence.
However, if there are no other options then I think I'll leave it this way, I can work quite well without Coherence
