clipboard sharing somehow doesn't work for .emf type graph

I copied a .emf type graph from a software (called igor pro 6) on windows, but it cannot be pasted on illustrator on mac. However copying .emf type graph to illustrator on windows is totally fine.
Anyone has idea where the problem is? I'm wondering maybe parallels just doesn't support .emf or maybe mac just doesn't support.

Hello Yuji,

To aid us in troubleshooting this further, please collect a technical report while the issue is being reproduced (click the Parallels icon > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.
 
Thank you for replying. I have sent the report and its ID is 442900932.
