Chrome tabs all blank and won't reload after suspending then resuming VM

Mac: MacBook Pro 2019, 2.4 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9
VM OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
Chrome: Version 117.0.5938.150 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Parallels: Desktop for Mac Pro Edition, Version 19.0.0 (54570)

New tabs are fine but existing tabs are blank and won't reload. Opening dev tools (F12) and pressing F5 (or CTRL+F5) shows no requests are being made. The spinner in the tab just spins and nothing happens.

It worked fine before the latest Parallels upgrade.

Anyone else having this problem?
