Chrome latest version (Windows 10) network waterfall not rendering

See attached the network waterfall panel of Chrome is not rendering correctly. I've also noticed this issue with a couple of HTML5 Google ads on various websites:

I've also just spotted this is an issue on https://www.speedtest.net both ads and the main speedtest meter do not render properly

I have the same problem too. Cannot use any of my Google Docs. It gets covered up by these graphic colors. I reinstalled tools and tried just about everything I know to do. I may need to return back to the previous version to fix... Any fixes now would be great to know about...

Its been happening for about a month now. I'm seeing it too in chrome dev tools and on websites using canvas.
