Charged for auto-renewal but subscription not showing in my account-Requesting Refund

Hi Admin, my card was charged for Parallels Desktop auto renewal with reference number : 548051260. However, when I log in, there is no active subscription showing in my dashboard, so I couldn't even cancel it beforehand. Since I cannot use the product and this is a technical issue on parallels side, I request a full refund for this renewal charge. Please help me
