CentOS 9 or RHEL 9 Parallel Tools fail to install

Version: Parallels Version 20.1.0 (55732)
Macbook Pro: Apple M3 Pro / Sonoma 14.6.1

After mounting the Parallel Tools for installation on a CentOS 9 Linux VM running on a M3 arm laptop it fails to install.

Error Message in log file:
make: *** [Makefile.kmods:68: compile] Error 2
Error could not build kernel modules
modprobe: FATAL: Module prl_tg not found in directory /lib/modules/5.14.0-514.el9.aarch64

I have restarted the VM multiple times and attempted re-install to no avail. Please advise on how to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

I have also install kernel-dev as others have mentioned this as a requisite.
 
It is almost a month later and I still can't install the Parallels tool extension into CentOS 9 stream or Rocky 9.4.
 
After upgrading from Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition 20.2.x to the 20.3.0 version, I was able to successfully install Parallel Tools into a CentOS Stream 9 VM.

Of note though: After installing the tools, I installed pending OS and software updates to the CentOS Stream 9 VM, and then had to reinstall Parallel Tools a second time. After yet another reboot of the Linux VM, and a shutdown and restart of Parallels Desktop, I was finally able to see the shared drives from my MacOS 12.7.6 (Intel) system.

Can anyone else confirm that this is also fixed for them?
