Catalina as Guest OS (host also Catalina) - guest is very slow

I am running the latest update of Parallels 15. Created a Catalina OS as guest from recovery partition. OS installed fine, but the Guest is very slow - I cannot scroll at all in Safari, mouse clicks lag by 1-2 secs. It is completely unusable.

I am running this on the new 16" Macbook Pro, i9 with 32GB RAM and 5500M with 8GB.

Please help!
