Capture Screen does not work with 5120x1440, progressive, 70Hz resolution

Dear All,

I have a 32:9 SuperWide curved LCD display Philips 498P9 - the link to the monitor details is below.

Capture Area or any other screen capturing/recording does not work with 5120x1440, progressive, 70Hz resolution, but it works with native 3840x1080. Any idea how to fix the issue? I have already tried to reinstall Parallels Toolbox.
