Can't use Apple ID for macOS VM on Apple Silicon

is apple planning to update the virtualization framework to enable this? i know this is not the fault of parallels.

Why is this showing resolved? Same problem here. Trying to run beta Mac OS but you cannot subscribe without logging in with your Apple ID. Kinda the whole point of running a VM. I'm no a Mac Studio M2 Max, 32 GB of RAM running Sequoia 15.6.1. Mac VM is running Sequoia 15.6.1. Parallels version is 26 Pro, just upgraded today.
This should be an easy fix. What gives Parallels?

Hi everyone,
I recommend you to upvote/me too the following discussion thread: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/256148998
And also if you are in the Apple Developer or Beta program, report via Apple's Feedback Assistant: https://feedbackassistant.apple.com
Try your best to explain your use case, so Apple can see how it scales and who this can be useful for.
We believe that implementing this support in a virtual machine is quite challenging considering Apple's commitment to security. So the value that these efforts unlock should be clear.

I was literally checking out some GTA Mzansi stuff on my phone when a notification from this thread popped up, so I just jumped in to reply.
Honestly, this whole virtualization issue doesn't seem like Parallels' fault at all. Apple has locked their virtualization framework so tightly that there's not much anyone else can do. Until Apple decides to update it, we're all kind of stuck with the same limitations.
