Can't see Mac folders from Windows

I just re-installed Windows 7. Everything was working great before. Now I cannot see any Mac folders when I open Windows Explorer. I have "Shared Profile" checked and I even went in and explicitly shared Documents, Desktop, and Downloads, but they don't show up. Any clues would be greatly appreciated!

Hello @AliceMeade , please go to Actions > reinstall Parallels Tools and check if it works.

I've looked a long time for this post, most "solutions" where applying some sort of things
in the : Parallels menu -> Configure -> Share
But that didn't work, so i'm happy with this solution. Thanks
